Clock drift

The clock drift problem (ie the date/season/time/whatever after a
reboot is different from what it was before boot) should now be
fixed. I think.

Also ticks now last 60 seconds. Exactly. On average.  Not that ticks
are that useful any more, but it should at least tell you how long 
it takes before you are out of jail and so on.
