New Legend Home Areas in Bree and Rivendell

Just a small thing:

All places that were planned for Legend Homes in the cities of Bree and
Rivendell have been taken, thus we created new areas in these cities for LHs.

If you request your home in Bree, you can choose from the available spots in
Archet Street (now connecting Staddle Road with Goatleaf Stree in the
north). 
The new spots in Rivendell are south from the Stairway (up and outh from
the Entrance to the Last Homely Home).
