1. "change incognito who" is disabled. (Waba)
It was added to protect players from people who live-stream their MUME
session. However, the costs (empty MUD feeling) seem to outweigh the
benefits.
This is an experimentation. We'll either remove it permanently or reinstate
it in some weeks/months depending on how it feels.
