You can now (optionally) play over TLS-encrypted connections to MUME.
To make use of this you either get a client that supports TLS, or you use a TLS
tunnel and connect through it.
See "help tls" for more information.
We're only using a self-signed certificate for now, so it's not particularly
super-secure...
Character passwords _changed_ after today will also be stored in a more secure
way (using MD5 rather than DES). Account passwords were always stored using
MD5. Maybe we'll use something better at some point in the future.
