Protection From Evil

Protection from Evil is a level 4 cleric spell. It temporarily makes evil creatures less aggressive to you. Thus, it will take a little bit longer for them to attack you and if you are in the same room with other players, who are not using this spell, mobs will prefer to attack these instead.
Question: Does anyone know what % you need in this for it to be very effective? Rivendell only allows 3 pracs, and I haven't noticed a huge helpfulness at legend level yet with only 3 pracs.
