From Fëanor to Celebrimbor, the Noldo have a rich heritage in the craft
and lore of jewelsmithing. Recently, a rumour has passed among the highborn
that some of this ancient knowledge has been rediscovered. A Noldorin elf with
the wit to find it might use these secrets from the past to further augment
objects of power.
