Viewing texts

There are two types of output for "long texts", paged and viewed.

You can now change settings for the two types separately using change pager and change viewer. The latter is what is used if your client supports viewing long texts in different windows or programs.

You can also disable special handling using, for example change pager off. This is similar to what change height 10000 used to do.
